FAQ

No I am not. If I seem overly positive about something it is not because I'm sponsored, I just like the application and/or service. It's what I do, I find good software, and put it here for others to see. I rarely bother to post detailed reviews about bad software, because I don't see the use. If something is really crappy and might put others in trouble I might post about it though.

Send me some info on your project and where you're going with it. If I have the time, interest and your product is cool I'll help you out!

Not really a question, but hey, you're entitled to your opinion. Keep discussions civilized and maybe we'll work it out, or agree to disagree.

Well, for many reasons really. I do have a couple of Swedish sites and I have run multilingual sites in the past. Multilingual works best when the information is short and similar in both languages, for e g an online videogame store I ran for about ten years, here it was almost a must to have it in English and Swedish. People order products and pay you to get a good service. English customers most of the times can't read Swedish (HERDY GERDY GERDY) and Swedish customers thinks it looks unprofessional with a Swedish store in English.

This site is about my opionions on several things. Translating it into two languages would be too much of a hassle and slow me down and probably make me get tired of the project. The developers are mostly English speaking, I like input and I'll get more of that if it's in English. That's it!

Recently I revamped my website with some CVs and work references over at erikrudling.se, it's quite static and not a blog like this site.

You can also check out my companies NETRiK.se (currently Swedish only) and theĀ Intelligent Digital Signage company where I am a CTO and part owner, www.visiosign.se (also available in English).
